Ritu started cooking from a young age in the family kitchen and her personal recipe books show her passion for food and ingredients. Learning family recipes and adding new and exciting recipes to her repertoire from around the world have been a joy to her.
Having grown up with Ayurveda around the family table, Ritu understands the medicinal properties of ingredients as a natural health support and her awareness of the mind-body connection developed.
Combining her passions of coaching and developing others, self-awareness, food, cooking, yoga and mind-body balance, and it was a logical step for her to deepen and share her knowledge of Ayurveda and Holistic Living with others.
Ritu is an Ayurvedic Diet and Lifestyle Consultant who supports clients to enhance their balance through diet and lifestyle. She applies a holistic 360 well-being coaching model for those who are interested in mind-body balance but prefer a secular approach, and teaches cooking to enhance nutrition, life skills, resourcefulness and mind-body balance.
Ritu is a qualified Development Coach, Ayurvedic Consultant, has delivered well-being and yoga initiatives for organisations, is a community cook and has studied Nutrition, Anatomy & Physiology and Psychological Coaching.
Ritu is passionate about helping others, she works and volunteers in the community setting and supports people in an approachable and non-judgemental way.
